House rules Schanskerhof Luxury Apartments and Dining Facility

Introduction
Welcome to Schanskerhof Luxury Apartments and Dining. To ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for all our guests, we kindly ask you to observe the house rules below. By staying with us or visiting our dining facility, you agree to these house rules.

  1. General Behaviour
    1.1 We ask all our guests to behave respectfully and courteously towards other guests and our staff. Nuisance in any form will not be tolerated.
    1.2 Schanskerhof is a smoke-free accommodation. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
    1.3 Pets are not allowed in the flats unless prior written agreement is given by the management. In the dining area, pets may be allowed on the terrace in some cases, subject to prior agreement.
  2. Noise levels
    2.1 We ask all our guests to limit noise levels, especially in the evening and during the night, so as not to disturb other guests.
    2.2 Music or other sounds audible outside the flat or dining area should be kept at a minimum level.
  3. Visits from guests
    3.1 Visitors of guests should report to the reception upon arrival.
    3.2 Visitors may stay in the public areas only during the opening hours of the dining facility and not in the private accommodations.
    3.3 Receiving guests in the luxury flats is only allowed with the permission of the management and must not cause a nuisance to other guests.
  4. Safety and fire safety
    4.1 In the event of an emergency or fire, immediately follow the instructions of the staff.
    4.2 Keep corridors and stairs free of personal belongings and ensure that escape routes are not blocked.
    4.3 The use of open flames, such as candles or electric heaters, is not allowed in the flats to avoid fire risk.
    4.4 In case of fire alarm or evacuation, immediately leave the building and use the nearest emergency exit.
  5. Use of the Luxury Apartments
    5.1 The flats are intended for short stays. Guests must leave the accommodation in the same condition in which it was found.
    5.2 It is not allowed to organise parties or events in the flats without prior consent of the management.
    5.3 No additional guests are allowed in the flats without the management's permission.
  6. Hygiene and cleanliness
    6.1 Guests must ensure that their flat and common areas are kept neat and clean.
    6.2 Waste should be disposed of in the appropriate containers.
    6.3 It is not allowed to leave personal belongings in the common areas.
    6.4 Schanskerhof offers daily cleaning services unless otherwise indicated. For extra cleaning or bedding, please contact the reception.
  7. Payments and damages
    7.1 All charges for accommodation and services must be paid in full upon check-in or before departure.
    7.2 Schanskerhof reserves the right to request a deposit upon check-in, which will be refunded upon departure, provided no damage has been found to the flat or its furnishings.
    7.3 Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the flat, furniture or other property of Schanskerhof. Any damage should be reported to the reception immediately.
  8. Cancellations and departures
    8.1 If you wish to cancel your stay, you must do so no later than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date to avoid charges, unless otherwise agreed. Please see the cancellation policy for more details.
    8.2 On departure, you must vacate the flat by 11:00 am, unless otherwise agreed. If you leave later, additional charges may apply.
    8.3 All personal belongings must be taken from the accommodation before departure. Schanskerhof is not responsible for lost or forgotten items.
  9. Use of the Dining Facility
    9.1 Guests of Schanskerhof can make reservations for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the dining facility. It is advisable to book in advance, especially during busy periods.
    9.2 We request guests to present themselves neatly dressed when visiting the dining facility.
    9.3 Behave respectfully towards the staff and other guests during dinner.
    9.4 Bringing your own food and drinks into the dining facility is not allowed, except for specific dietary requirements, which must be communicated in advance.
  10. Complaints and suggestions
    10.1 Should there be any complaints or comments during your stay, please report them to reception or management as soon as possible. We aim to resolve your concerns as soon as possible.
    10.2 We are open to suggestions that may help improve our services. Please do not hesitate to inform us about them.
  11. Application of the Rules of Procedure
    11.1 Failure to comply with the house rules may result in a warning or request to leave the premises without refund of payments.
    11.2 Schanskerhof reserves the right to change these house rules at any time. We request that you check the rules regularly.
